Wedding Photographer the Savoy Hotel London

The Savoy Hotel is one of the most iconic wedding venues in London and it is always a delight to be the Savoy Hotel wedding photographer

We started the day in Little Venice getting some preparation photos of Victoria with her bridal part and family. The wedding ceremony followed at the St Martin-in-the-Fields church at the north-east corner of Trafalgar Square in the City of Westminster, London. We managed to capture photos of the Savoy rolls royce arriving which drew many admiring glances. The wedding ceremony was a beautiful occasion, wedding photography at St Martins in the fields is always special with confetti and group photos on the steps following.
With the couple choosing to use the Savoy rolls to get to the hotel with the photographer and videographer following the guests with a 5 piece marching wedding band !
With the band arriving at the Savoy we engaged in some creative wedding photography at the rear of the hotel to start followed by the must have wedding photos at the front of the Savoy hotel.

After drinks River Room we took a walk through the hotel to capture some couple images in various locations inside the Savoy including some of the incredible staircases and unique internal architecture that the Savoy is famous for.
With the wedding reception in the Lancaster Ballroom we captured some very emotional wedding photos of the speeches followed by the cake cutting and first dance.
As a wedding photographer the Savoy can be challenging especailly witht the lighting, for all our wedding photography we use high end Nikon cameras along with prime lenses to ensure our wedding gphotography is of the highest standard
The Savoy is renowned as a luxury wedding venue in the City of Westminster and is one of the most famous 5-star hotels in the world and the perfect setting for any wedding. It is steeped in history, dating back to its establishment in 1889 and over the years, the Savoy Hotel has been the setting for many memorable weddings and has hosted numerous famous guests. The hotel has also been the location for numerous films and television shows, making it an integral part of London’s cultural heritage. It is this history and iconic status that makes it one of the worlds most sought after wedding venues.
